1. General Terms & Refusal Rights

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to: discomfort with the subject matter, complexity, or behavior of the client.All communication should be kept to Instagram, x, bluesky, or email. If I am messaged on any other platform i will not respond. Please remain professional; harassment or pushiness will result in a cancelled commission and a block.

2. Content Policy (SFW & NSFW)

I am comfortable drawing both SFW and NSFW content, HOWEVER I reserve the right to refuse any commission including anything i am not comfortable with drawingHard No’s: Gore, non-con, vore,By requesting NSFW work, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. I may request ID verification if I have reason to doubt your age.NSFW content will have an +$20 additional up-charge

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in USD and must be paid via PayPalI will send an official invoice via paypal. Do not send money via "Friends and Family."I require a 50% deposit before I begin the sketch, 50% upon completion of the sketchThe current pricing will be on the TOS and on the Commission Request Formcurrent pricing as of February 2026 :

  • Other (price will be discussed)

4. Process & Revisions

Sketch Stage : This is the time for major changes (pose, composition, outfit). You are allowed two major revisions at this stage.Lineart & Flat Color Stage : Once the sketch is approved, I move to lines and flats. Only minor color tweaks are allowed here. No changes to the pose or anatomy.Final Rendering Stage : Once the piece is fully rendered and finished, no major changes will be made. Small lighting adjustments are okay, but anything else may incur an additional fee.

5. Rights & Usage

Personal Use : You are purchasing the right to use the artwork for personal use (social media icons, wallpapers, or personal prints).Commercial Use : Commercial use (merch, profitable streaming assets) requires a separate contract and an additional fee.Credit : Please credit me as my @ which is dependent on the platform (all current @'s are on the dashboard of this site) whenever the art is posted publicly.AI Policy : My work may NOT be used for AI training, datasets, or NFT purposes under any circumstances.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

If I cancel the commission, you will receive a 100% refund.If you cancel before I start: 100% refund.If you cancel after the sketch is finished: 50% refund.No refunds are offered once the piece is completed.

7. Selection & Slot Policy

Not a Guarantee : Submitting a commission request form does not guarantee that your project will be accepted. A commission is only "active" once I have reviewed the details, confirmed my availability, and sent an invoice.First-Come, First-Served : I generally review and accept requests in the order they are received. However, I may prioritize projects that align best with my current artistic interests or schedule.Slot Limits : I only take a set number of commissions at a time to ensure quality and give me enough time for other things. If the slots are full, your request may be declined or added to a wait list (with your permission).Expiration : If I accept your request and send an invoice, but it remains unpaid for more than 72 hours, I will cancel the request and give the slot to the next person in line.

8. Privacy & Posting Policy

Default Privacy : By default, I will not post your commission to my social media or portfolio without your explicit permission.Permission to Post : If you grant permission via the commission form, I may post the piece to my accounts (Bluesky, instagram, etc.).Credit : If permission is granted, I am happy to link to your social media handle. Please specify if you prefer to remain anonymous while allowing the art to be shown.

9. TOS updates

Active and Completed Commissions : Commissions currently in progress will be honored under the version of the TOS that was active at the time of payment, unless a change is required by law or platform (e.g., PayPal’s rules changing). Any completed commision will be under the ToS version provided with the commision.Right to Update : I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to reflect changes in my workflow, platform policies, or personal boundaries. Any changes will apply to all commissions requested after the update is posted.Responsibility : It is the client’s responsibility to review the TOS before submitting a commission request.
